Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore) We ship to all addresses within Singapore. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Shipment Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Lost or Damaged Shipments Olive Muse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
